Cemap study what does it entail?
CeMAP study is the process of studying to obtain a CeMAP qualification (CeMAP stands for Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice.) The certificate is usually obtained by enrolling in a CeMAP study course to learn the required skills and information to pass three compulsory exams. Once a student has obtained a satisfactory pass in these exams he or she will be granted the qualification and be recognised by the Financial Services Association as a professional mortgage advisor.
Strictly speaking commencing a formal course of CeMAP study is not a necessary requirement to sit the exams; but of course obtaining appropriate and professional assistance through a course specifically designed to assist a student to enter into the exam and their future employment as thoroughly prepared as possible is highly recommended. You will be required to pass the final exams with a minimum pass mark of 70% to obtain your qualification. It will be possible to take the exam(s) again if you do not achieve the minimum passing mark.
