The new benchmark qualification for Financial Advisers
Why study?
The CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning has been created to meet the new FSA exam standards (QCF Level 4) in full.
It is suitable for both new and experienced advisers seeking to upgrade to Level 4, which will be the minimum standard required from January 2013.
For a new entrant it requires 6 Units to be completed:-
(RO1) Financial services, regulations and ethics - this will also become the new licence required to give advise under supervision until such time as the full Diploma has been completed.
(RO2) Investment principles and risks.
(RO3) Personal taxation
(RO4) Pensions and retirement planning
(RO5) Financial protection
(RO6) Financial planning practice
Units RO1 - RO5 are examined via multiple choice and available all year round. RO6 is examined via written exam which is available six times a year.
Our training courses take place 9:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday, these are full study courses and not just a revision course. No pre-study is required.

The fee for each five day course is £495 plus relevant CII costs (see below).
